He is Rafael's older brother. He left his father's home a long time ago and works in a "junkyard" in the neighborhood where Helena lives. The stories of his adventures for money and women have made him famous in the neighborhood. He is handsome and seductive, which helps him hide the double life he leads in the criminal underworld and from which he never plans to leave. Lucho is uncontrollably attracted to Helena and will not rest until she is his.

He is the strong man of the neighborhood and the plaza. Nobody knows exactly where the money he manages comes from, but he is the most respected and feared man. He is extremely cunning. His weaknesses are his wife Stella and Yamile, Stella's daughter, whom he looks after and watches over like porcelain. He was Hugo's childhood friend until they both fell in love with Stella and he had to earn illicit money to seduce her.

She is Sarmiento's wife and Yamile's mother. She has the body of a vedette; in fact, she worked in cabarets in her youth. It was there that she met Sarmiento and Hugo, with whom she remains a very close friend in secret from her husband. Although Sarmiento feels insecure, she is convinced that she would not see another man, as she is eternally grateful to him for accepting Yamile as his quasi-biological daughter.

He is Graciela's husband and the father of Nicole, their only daughter. He is the owner of a mechanic shop that actually receives more money when it works as a "junkyard" for late model cars. He was Sarmiento's partner in crime and depends on him to make any move. He hates him, although their relationship is apparently friendly. Aguilar detects a potential in Lucho that can help him get rid of Sarmiento.

She is the exuberant daughter of Fredy Aguilar. Rebellious and passionate; but fierce when she loves. She is in her last year of high school and does not stand out for being a good student. She meets Lucho and falls madly in love, transforming her world forever. Her relationship with him is always interrupted by jealousy, women, running away, beatings, and above all by Helena. But when she and Lucho are together, there is nothing else in the world.
